The original EHPPS website had become outdated over the years - difficult to update, clunky on mobile devices, and lacking the clear structure needed for a modern charity.
Important content like visiting info, donation options, and ways to get involved were hard to find, and the overall design didn’t reflect the warmth and professionalism of the organisation.
