The old Bangshanky website
The existing website was becoming outdated. It was built in an old Wordpress theme and, as such, was experiencing various security issues and constantly had problems whenever they ran updates, which then required fixing.
Website look and feel
The first issue we identified was a lack of high quality imagery and, seeing as the salon is a beautiful hand-built space right in the centre of Bristol, we decided that new professional photography was the first step to improve the overall feel!
We spent a day taking photos in the salon which could then be used on both the website and across any other business advertising spaces, socials, print, etc.
Building a new hairdresser website
Once we had a good bank of images sorted, we set about creating a new website using our single page website package.
This enabled us to create a new site using some of their existing written content, along with new content written by them - super quickly and affordably. With no upfront cost, the site was up and running in a few days and a direct integration with their chosen booking system Square setup for client bookings and calendar management.
